We used two other agents before we tried Rhys. The difference was chalk and cheese. While the other agents tried to talk down the value of the property so it would be easier for them to get a sale, Rhys saw the potential. He also did not follow the expensive and useless traditional marketing methods and our property was skillfully presented. The house went on sale on the Wednesday, first offer (property unseen) on Thursday and two other offers after the first and only open house on the Saturday. When the offer was accepted, Rhys's communication & negotiation skills were highlighted as he liaised with the purchaser and the building/pest inspectors. All the while the inspections were happening, he kept the two other bidders in the loop as a fall back. We were impressed with his professionalism. At the end of the day, we received what we felt the property was worth which was over 150k more than what the previous two agents suggested.
