I have known Ric Serrao way back in year 2000 when I purchased from him my investment unit. During that time, Ric's excellent service, trustworthy, sensible advice including his amiable personality stuck on my mind. Fast forward year 2021, I decided that it’s time to sell my investment unit and Ric came immediately to my mind. I telephoned him to get his opinion on the current value and the best way to sell my unit. After all those years, he still remembers me and all the nook and cranny of my apartment. He arranged a face-to-face discussion and from there, he gave me good marketing advice and respectable valuation of my property based on statistic sale price on the area. He explained to me all details of his agency contract, the cost involved, marketing strategy and how his team works. Ric and Christophe Serrao made my selling a breeze. Ric and Christophe organized everything which include coordinating directly with my tenant in regards to open house, coordinating with strata manager, organizing the cleaner, the painter, the photographer, and advertisement. They contacted all their known prospective buyers in their list. They constantly gave me feedback of the result of each open house day. With Covid 19 lockdown restricting my open house, Ric and Chris works extra harder to show interested buyers individually at a time. At the end, all their hard work for my unit paid off, they sold my unit way above my expectation, and at a record price on 13-July-2021. Well done Ric and team. What an absolute pleasant experience.
