Personable and knowledgeable

Ric is well known for his knowledge of the market in Bondi, and I'm so grateful that he was my agent. He kept me up to date after inspections and his congenial nature made for easy discussions. Our house took longer than expected to sell, but Ric did not give up and negotiated a price within the range he had suggested before the start of the sales campaign. I believe both buyer and seller were happy, and Ric made it as stress-free as possible. Thank you Ric! His team is also fantastic, with Kate in particular being extremely helpful to me.
