The man for Bondi: 'Mr Bondi'

Mr Bondi or should I just say Ric has been and agent for me in the Bondi area for years and has been involved in multiple sales on my behalf. He is always a pleasure to deal with and simply put is a man who "knows his stuff". This said, he also listens which can be a rare skill these days, when everyone knows best. Often properties in Bondi have special/more unique features and while Ric knows Bondi he is still happy to take onboard owner feedback on their property. Often you have lived in a property for years and know some unique aspects which could be valuable to some specific prospective purchasers. In multiple sales I know he has taken in what I said and where relevant shared it, did it help sell the properties, who in the end knows? But what I do know is that all 3 properties I have engaged Ric on sold have all successfully sold, all with great results.
