Good auction result

When choosing an agent to sell our house we wanted someone with experience & knowledge of the property market specifically in North Bondi. We wanted someone who would be calm & positive in their communication with us. We wanted someone who understood what selling the home meant to us, someone who would advise us at each step of the selling process but also take the time to listen to us. We found Ric Serrao & Kate Woods perfectly fitted whom we wanted, professional, humble, genuine & sincere. During the campaign we were informed via text of the advertised open for inspections & when private viewings were requested, which were also advertised as extra inspections. Each week an incredibly detailed vendor report was emailed, combined with a phone meeting. They were always at call if we needed to speak. We chose to proceed to auction which turned out to be the best decision. We’re extremely grateful to Ric & Kate for the hard work they put in to selling our property for what was a great outcome in the end.
