Ric helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding service from start to finish

We were fortunate to have someone of Ric's caliber to get the sale of our Bondi property over the line. Found ourselves in a market that had turned in a matter of a few weeks, and it was Ric's experience with having to negotiate with the purchaser that got us a result that was hard fought for. Ric is a pleasure to deal with, appreciated his straightforward approach from the moment we signed up right up to the point of settlement. Highly experienced and a professional agent, something you need when interest rates are rising and purchasers are holding back. Thank you Ric, look forward to calling on your services again should the time come.
