The first time l meet Richard was at a friends house which was sold by him. Introduced , he was very approachable and easy to talk to. I knew our paths would cross, they did when l asked Richard to take on the sale of my mothers property. Initial meeting with Richard , dicussing the sale format , advertising, media,photos was very professional and tastfully done. Open house days ,Richard would always be on time, Always greeting potential buyers . Comunication was second to none. Discussing the weekly reviews and the strength of potential buyers. Before auction day discussion on who comfirmed was coming and a dicision was made on reserve amount. Helpful in these areas also his experience in what should be done prior to auction . Assurance by Richard that it would be a strong auction. Very reassuring. Auction day Richard and team arrived early , well attired very professional. All advertising in place ,the interesting parties / buyers where plenty. As Richard said strong Auction, it was. Bidding was strong. Richard had great control on the auctioning and team amongst bidders. The auction was carried out with professionalism and experience. A great auction , great result. Richard is a great agent . Unlike other agents in the Glenroy area, he is an expert in the Broadmeadoes area. He lives there, he knows the people and has an in depth knowledge of the market. Whilst other agents were not enthusiastic about my property, Richard could see that the high potential. He promoted my property’s strengths to the maximum.
