We didn't go to Auction, we didn't need to, our beautiful house was sold within 2 Weeks, price we got was over what we expected and we were very pleased with the outcome. Choosing the right agent definitely gave us s successful outcome. Thanks for all you have done Richard!. Although I can only give you 5 stars on this service, if there was another option I would give you 10/10
