I must admit that I hadn't been happy with the agency from the rental side of things but Richard was nothing short of awesome and chased up the rental department to ensure our requests were promptly actioned. While I might hesitate to recommend the agency, I would have no hesitation recommending Richard to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
