Im Ardy, i have know Richard over a few years now as he has contacted me every year for a friendly chat and if I'm interested in potentially selling my property in Selby as I made it quite clear to him that I'm not interested in selling but would like a current market appraisal as I have a rental property in Pakenham that Im going to sell as the market reached its highest point, We made a appointment, upon meeting Richard we spoke alot about everything else and also about my home as I found him to be honourable and respectful thoroughly proficient in his profession that made me feel very comfortable. Richard is much more then a sales man he is undoubtably a cut above the rest in my opinion a professional old school honest respectful gentleman that makes him a natural in his profession with 100% commitment with a wonderful personality that is the the envy of others that I have dealt with.
