Im Ardy, i have know Richard over a few years now as he has contacted me every year for a friendly chat and if I'm interested in potentially selling my property in Selby as I made it quite clear to him that I'm not interested in selling but would like a current market appraisal as I have a rental property in Pakenham that Im going to sell as the market reached its highest point, We made a appointment, upon meeting Richard we spoke alot about everything else and also about my home as I found him to be honourable and respectful thoroughly proficient in his profession that made me feel very comfortable. He come back a few days later with a appraisal on selby I thanked him very much for all his effort for that appraisal then I asked him can you sell my rental property in Pakenham even though it is out of your area, he didn't think twice as has he agreed that he will sell it for me. He asked at what price range would I be comfortable in selling I thought about 550/580 we can do better than that he replied and as to my absolute delightful amazement he got me 620 in one week in one opening as I couldn't thank him enough as for how much he got me for Pakenham. Richard is much more then a sales man he is undoubtably a cut above the rest in my opinion a professional old school honest respectful gentleman that makes him a natural in his profession with 100% commitment with a wonderful personality that is the the envy of others that I have dealt with.
