Refreshingly different

When we first met Richard we knew he was the agent for us. No suit, tie or shiny shoes and no waffle! Easy to deal with from start to finish. We told him the price we wanted to achieve and he told us what we had to do to the property to achieve it. We followed his advice, he created a great marketing campaign and achieved the targeted sale price within 6 days. Very informative and no bullshit throughout the whole process and great attention to detail. Saved 000’s with his commission structure. Would highly recommend.
