When all else fails, it HAS to be Richard!
Integrity, decency and honesty. Three words I will always happily associate with Richard Camm. I'd dealt with a number of 'wanna be agents' that weren't interested in how I wanted things done. Richard had the important talent of being able to LISTEN. He then brought to bear his vast depth of accumulated realtors experience and guided me through to an extremely satisfactory outcome. Always pleasant, charming and tactful. A gentleman. If you don't talk with Richard, you're not serious about selling. Bruce.
