Everything went well. Only disappointment was the reality of the market. But the other reality is that we sold the property; we got the base price we were hoping for.

I must admit I was apprehensive about selling. Once I spoke to Richard, everything went extremely well. The pressure was applied to me to do certain things (which is always a good thing) and the reward for that was a quick sale for the right price. Between Richard and David, they kept me informed all the way, even the technical hitch at the very end, they worked on it until it was resolved. I have made two very good friends to whom I would recommend to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell.
