Richard was very helpful in all our dealins with him, as it got closer to finalising the deal I did notice Richard was putting probably more pressure on to get the deal done which is only understandable, I wasn't going to be pressured into anything but again I did not want to miss out either. Overall transaction with Richard was very good and it will be interesting to see if the relationship is the same when the business side is all done.
