I was selling my property in North Bondi and engaged another agent. Over a period of 8 months (to be fair 3 of those months there was an uncooperative tenants) there was nothing but low ball offers. After 8 days on the market (from initial advertising), a buyer was found which I was satisfied with price being offered rather than uncertainty of an auction given market conditions. From 8 months and nothing with the previous agent to 8 days and sale! Richard provided his views about the offers coming in and unlike the previous agent, I did not feel pressured to accept a price I was not comfortable with.
