Richard Falwasser and his team at First National sold, via auction a deceased estate property on behalf of myself as executor. The beneficiaries of the estate had a list of terms of engagement which were outlined in the first meeting and these were respected through the process. Costs were detailed up front, and were reasonable. There were no alterations to costs after the agreement was in place. A plan with dates of open house were provided up front for planning out days before signing. We were kept up to date with feedback from the open houses and they were always punctual in arriving. Property was sold at auction on the day and all beneficiaries were happy with the outcome and it has now settled. Recommend contacting Richard if considering selling your property in the area.
