I met JP during an open home for my first home and had a very good first impression which lasted too until now as is. His professional behavior, way of presenting things and explaining features for what they are and what they are not, really helped me deciding on the house. I really felt that his recommendations or explanations were super honest and much more useful than what you could have found on the internet. Same honesty was also visible in the conversations he had with the sellers too. The way he presented the advertisement and displayed the property made me feel like everything like the pictures or videos or commentary and details were all to the point and what the buyer wants to know rather than too much of information that you tend to miss some really important stuff. I also learnt that he had pretty long experience in the field and was amazed by the fact that he was still very attentive, down to earth and helpful regardless of the merit of your queries. I was helped through out the process by JP may it be a solicitor or documentation related or house inspection report up to the level that some of the sections in the reports got only clarified to me after having a chat with him about those. He was available through out every time you made a call to him. Overall, I had wonderful property buying experience with JP and would definitely be happy to deal with him again in the future.

We bought our first home with JP as our agent. We met JP at the open home and he was very professional in showing us the house and explaining the auction process. There are very few agents who would give you personal attention to understand your needs and expectations. Clearly I could see JP was very interested to make us understand the whole process being new to the real estate market. He sent us the copy of contract to share so that we are confident on the day of auction on what we are choosing. I could also see the amount of hard work JP had put in to display the property by making videos, going live on open houses etc, etc. JP displayed next level of professionalism on the day of auction. Nearly all agents plan the day of auction and be next to interested buyers to keep them pushing the price. Although I was beating the bids, I did not find anyone from team to be pushy. They all gave me enough time to think and make a sensible decision. JP was also clear to clarify the inclusions of the home in the contract. Overall it was a great experience to deal with this gentleman, after the auction I was impressed to see that he has had 19 years of experience in real estate, not many people would come out that simple and approachable with that experience. I find mostly on auctions they would show a personality attitude of being a senior which was completely absent in this case. Lastly he was a good colleague, after the auction all his team mates from Century 21 were congratulating him for his success. I could see those people may have a better designation but were quite junior to him. I could see a sense of respect for him amongst the whole team. if i could i would give JP a better rating! he talked me through the process when i was trying to sell me house and gave me all the fine details of what needs to be done and what will happen on the auction day. he also showed me a video of what would happen on the day and how he will walk around to all bidders and try to get more for the seller, which showed me his dedication to making the most for the seller. during the auction day JP made sure i was calm and ready to expect the unexpected. he also made time to accommodate all the potential buyers and made sure they are interested at all time. once the auction started he ask me to stay inside and relax while he took care of everything which allowed me to hide my excitement once he made sure i hit my reserve and even better, getting me $65000 extra which i thought was impossible. i am extremely grateful and lost for words for what JP has done for me. He now has a another customer for life and i will never go to anyone else to sell any of my other properties other then JP. i know ive said thank you a million times to JP already but cant help saying it again!
