Unfortunately I did not receive the same level of satisfaction as other buyers/sellers who Richard has assisted in past sales. I can tell that Richard has achieved great success and has been rated highly in other sales but sadly in my experience this was not evident. In my experience he was distant, not very proactive and ultimately showed up late to settlement which made it even more stressful as a first home buyer. Richard seemed knowledgable with his general property market knowledge but I was left unsatisfied by his lack of professionalism and communication.
