It's rare to find an agent that doesn't come on too heavy with the platitudes and spiels, and basically doesn't turn you off. Well I first tried LJHooker for my house in Bracken Ridge and I was immediately turned off by Derek's and Brendan's 'bedside manner' (Surnames withheld, but bothstarted with "C").
