From my very first conversation with Richard Rawle I connected with his ideas and communication style. Being aligned in values with business partners and even in transactional relationships to me, is one of the keys to optimal performance and success. Richard is a realtor who understands the market and equally, the importance of collecting and sharing details with all stakeholders. After every inspection, he gave me a snapshot of each party that had viewed the property and their feedback, all of which of course was very insightful. My home was styled for the sale by a professional design and furniture company, but even then Richard added his own objet d’art for the finishing touch to one of the rooms. The sales campaign lasted longer than what we had anticipated but at no time did I feel like Richard lost interest in achieving the best possible outcome. He kept up the momentum, maintained regular contact and gave me detailed updates throughout the campaign. Where I was unable to add my input, a friend stepped in and Richard, her and I worked as a team, seamlessly sharing information, ideas and legalities. I need to add a significant detail. Even though we have been ‘meeting’ for several months, I am yet to meet Richard in person. I am currently stuck overseas and have been unable to return home to Sydney for the past 8 months due to the Covid-19 restrictions. I can think of no better a testament of Richard’s capabilities and high professional standards, than me entrusting the sale of my home of 20 years and which I was very attached to, to his care and going through the whole selling process remotely and coming to the close of it, I’m happy with all aspects and the outcome.
