Firstly, lets start with the signing of the contract to sell my home. I was already committed and about to follow through with another agent. Richard made constant contact prior so I felt I would give him the courtesy of a 3 minute chat. The guy blew me away... I felt so confident in his approach, strategy and closing skills that I was crazy to let him go. Richard has amazing and incredible negotiating skills way beyond his years and a manner with people that is very natural and confidence inspiring, so I signed up. I gave myself a couple of weeks to get the house prepared, and during this time Richard constantly came past to see if he could help... He organised trades and even transport of materials! He worked his tail off to help present the house in the best possible way... Richard communicated numerous times every day until we were both happy to present the home. My home in Kensinngton is on a 124sq metre block, which is very limiting and expensive to extend, so it cut out a fair amount of buyers, but with the handful of potential Richard managed to keep the competion active amongst the buyers. Richard closed the deal 3 days prior to the Auction at a staggering $812,00... This equates to $6548 per sq/m for house and land!!! In the current market, that would have to be the highest record result in all of Melbourne !!! If you're considering anyone else, forget them! Call Richard immediately and be prepared to be blown away!!
Richie is personable, knowledgable and loves dealing with people. It's little wonder that folks chat at the door with Richie at the opens. Whether it be 8am or 10.30pm, the chances of Richie being on the phone to a buyer or a vendor is quite high. He works hard and seems to love what he does.
