I found Richard Rossiter to be honest, realistic and someone I could trust. He was very straight forward in managing my expectations (although, in the end he managed to exceed them). I arranged for 4 different agents to view my property and pitch for their business and Richard was the only one of the 4 who followed up and he did this frequently and without obligation or expectation even though he knew I was not going to be ready to sell for another 6-8 months. I felt very comfortable with him and continually sought his advice which he gave freely and frankly and to which I followed. He continually kept me informed and up to date throughout the sales process. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard to manage any of your real estate needs.

Richards market knowledge seemed pretty extensive. There wasnt much that he didn't know about the property. He was able to tell us a lot.
