An exceptional experience

My experience of selling my apartment through Richard was exceptional. I first contacted him six months out from when I expected to sell. Changes in my work and personal circumstances pushed that out a further six months. Richard kept in touch to keep me appraised of the market conditions throughout, allowing me to find a time that was convenient for me. Once the decision was made the sales process was quick, efficient and trouble free. I believe that Richard is entirely in tune with the market. He made sure that my apartment was displayed in its best light and was highly visible in the market. The open home he arranged was very well attended and prompted numerous offers. I am more than satisfied with the transaction price he achieved for me. Throughout the whole process Richard was highly professional but also personable and a pleasure to deal with. I am happy to recommend him.
