We recently sold our apartment in Northbridge via Richard and his team. We opted to go to market with Richard as he was the agent who sold the apartment to us back in early 2023. The apartment sold after it’s 2nd open home for above market value so we were extremely happy with the outcome. The process was as smooth as it possibly could have been at a very reasonable price.
