Richard was not pushy he was polite and respectful and listened to my reason for selling the unit while answering all of my questions. I contracted Richard and the agency to sell the unit and after the first weekend of showing we had an offer that exceeded the asking price. Richard and the team at Mack Hall Real Estate also helped with organizing the certificate of currency from the Strata managers and electrical safety and smoke alarm certificate. Richard got a good price for my Fathers unit and made the experience as stressless and easy as could be possible.
