Excellent

We purchased without viewing the property. Richard answered every question we had in a timely manner. He even measured spaces for so we knew if our furnace would fit. At settlement Richard's was there and gave a tour of our new home. There were no surprises and thankfully no problems. Would highly recommend Richard.
