Richard is very good with dealing with customers and pointing out the positives of a house and the location to a customer. He was happy to drive customers around the area after an inspection to teach them about the suburb and also contact schools re enrolments of children. Making a move easier and clear for a client is important. He communicated all comments and was able to sell our house that other agnets had not been able to do as we were in a high price range. I would definitely recommend Richard to all potential sellers
