Whilst disappointed with the time frame to sell, much of this was out of Richard's control with multiple parties withdrawing from, happily the sale happened. That said, Richard was forthcoming, shared regular updates and provided solid advise when needed. He is personable and understanding of the emotions involved around these decisions. I appreciate his efforts throughout and would recommend him to others facing the same change.
I called the agent's phone but he did not call me back. He texted the message to me what I need then I booked an appointment to see the property. Even though I was late the time and he was waiting for me until my arrival. I booked an appointment at 3:30 PM but I arrived at 3:55 Pm because of a traffic jam. I appreciate the agent.
