There were several problems with the sale of the house with new owners backing out of the sale. Richard kept me informed sometimes daily until the house was sold. We also had issues with the vacating tenants but the problem was dealt with and had a good outcome. The sale was a little bit stressful due to the other people ( namely the tenants and the first purchaser ) letting me down but it was good to know I had Richard there looking out for me and getting a very good result in the end.
