I was looking for an agent that would get me top price for my house, could sell it trouble free and within a short time. Richard met these criteria - really that is all that matters. First meeting I found Richard friendly and gave me confidence that I could trust his judgement and advice. I really liked the fixed commission which was reasonable and much lower than other agents I got quotes from. Where he excelled was advice on presentation, advertising, method of sale, brochures and conveyancing. Cost of these was kept to a minimum but still gave optimum results without being or looking cheap and nasty. Spending lots more on these items would not have given better returns. Richard works for his client and I trust him and have no hesitation recommending him.
