Perfect experience!

I was told never to trust a real estate agent and as a single woman I was ready to be taken for a ride by which ever agent I chose to sell my house during my divorce proceedings. I met Richard as my ex husband was buying his new house from him and as English was his second language he asked me to make sure his agent was doing right by him. Richard was patient, knowlegeable and respectful to my ex and his limited English- he clearly wanted to get the best result for the buyer as well as the seller. When we discussed my situation he was so kind and gentle yet obviously super clued on I never bothered to look any further and appointed him for the sale of my house. The house sold from the first open inspection and Richard and his team went completely over, above and beyond to make sure the process was easy and I received the best sale price possible. Richard and his team are ethical and operate from clear and kind human values. They will look after you financially and emotionally through your house selling or buying process 😀 If I buy or sell again I would go straight back to Richard.
