Richard helped the reviewer sell this property

Gold standard real estate

Richard Wines was a masterly estate agent in all aspects of the sale of my house. His advice and guidance were first class. In relation to preparation for the sale, the inspections, managing the potential buyers, and importantly in the final negotiations with the interested parties which produced the sale, his management could not have been better. His attention to detail was scrupulous and his perceptive approach to the nuances of the task exhibited the depth of his knowledge and experience at every turn in the process. His work yielded a result beyond expectations. What looked like a daunting prospect of a difficult sale before his involvement, became a smooth and eloquent procedure under his stewardship. In the often challenging real estate business, I would recommend Richard Wines unreservedly. I am very grateful for his work and the excellent outcome he achieved.
