Richie was exceptional from the word go starting from the property evaluation to the settlement date. I was not even in the state, but he kept us in loop all the time. Frequent updates during the whole process. He made the whole process very smooth and easy for us.
Fantastic experience selling our home. We were kept updated every step of the way, and very happy with the professionalism and communication from the very beginning, right through until settlement. The way Richie presented our home both online and for the open home was equally impressive with amazing results. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend to friends and family!
We decided to use Richie Yates from James Dean real estate to sell out property earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with our result. From beginning to end Richie was extremely helpful and informative about the whole process and was always available for any questions that we had about improving the value of our property for showing. The end result was way above out expectations and we feel Richie's professional manner and great people skills got us an amazing result. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property A++
Richie is a genuine, down to earth and approachable agent that made the experience as first home buyers very easy and hassle free. Communication was excellent at all stages in the process from our point of view. We looked at a large number of open homes across six months so experienced a lot of different agents, Richie’s approach was professional but made us feel at ease. Definitely recommend him if you are selling a property!
My wife and initially engaged Richie for advice and guidance in terms of our existing property , market conditions, our plans and aspirations. We were so impressed with Richie's authentic , upfront approach and deep market and industry knowledge we followed his advice invested a recommended amount into our existing property and listed our property with an exclusive engagement with Richie to act on our behalf. Not only did we achieve our objective from a property sale and purchase perspective in a much reduced timeline than we had anticipated which also worked to our advantage my wife Michelle and I were highly impressed with Richie's commitment, professionalism and conduct. In essence Richie is a fellow that does what he says he will do & when he says he will do it . Richie is also highly responsive in terms of the negotiation and settlement process that can be complex, stressful and convoluted to say the least. We would not hesitate to recommend Richie and his team to anyone seeking property investment, acquisition and or research.
We recently moved here from the USA and the prospect of buying a house was daunting. Richie was calm, honest and very professional. Followed through with every little enquiry. Would highly recommend him.
Richie was the agent for the house we purchased. Richie was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house. Richie was was always available to answer our questions. I can’t speak highly enough of Richie, his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected within the industry.
Our dealings with Ritchie as an agent were great. He is very professional, his communication is great and as a buyer during these hard times for buyers (with so much competition) we found Ritchie to be honest and very fair. He went the extra mile to help us get a foot in the door with a fighting chance to purchase a home even with our budget. I would definitely recommend Ritchie.
This is the second home Richie has sold for us and we could not be happier with his outstanding level of professional service. On the market for one week our property was sold after the second open day ,with multiple offers, and Richie handled everything with his usual calm ,friendly and no hassle attitude. He has an amazing ability to relate to both sellers and purchases which certainly helps the whole process keeping everything very easy and simple. We have no hesitation in recommending Richie to anyone looking for a highly skilled real estate professional who operates with the highest of integrity and also happens to be a top bloke.
Our experience was such a pleasant surprise. Richie gave, on more than one occasion, above & beyond service. His guidance and expertise gave us a consistent source of comfort & confidence throughout the entire process. We felt genuinely guided and supported, and yet not pushed, from the very first day we met Richie.
Richie is a very genuine guy. He was punctual at all times and always kept in touch. We ended up getting a multiple offer situation and exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richie and his team to anyone who is looking to sell. This was a 5 star result. Thank you so much.
Richie didn't over promise & under sell... He made the sale process easy, was always polite, respectful & courteous & kept us informed. Whether buying or selling we would have no hesitation recommending Richie to anyone looking for a good agent. We think you will be happy you chose him
