Richie was amazing to work with, buying a house is stressful and he made it so easy. His communication was regular and friendly and he went above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly! I would highly recommend using Richie, he's a rock star agent.

Richie simply goes above and beyond and most certainly does not fit the typical real estate agent "mould". The wonderful service from Richie did not stop when the contract was signed and conditions had been met. Any request we had Richie fulfilled. Nothing was too much trouble. We would most certainly recommend Richie to anyone looking for a good, honest, hardworking agent. Now we can kick back and enjoy raising our family in our dream home.

Great to have had Richie as my agent to sell my house. He acted with absolute openness and professionalism. I would recommend to anyone to appoint Ritchie as their selling agent if they want a job very well done

Richie was a pleasure to work with, very personable and great communicator. Always going above and beyond, including watering lawn and gardens daily when house was vacant. Great sales result, thanks Richie!

We recently decided to upgrade from where we were living and found a place we loved that Richie was selling. From the beginning we knew we had some painful requests, but nothing was a problem and Richie sorted everything out and all went through on time. His communication skills are great and we were never left wondering what was going on. Would highly recommend.

Purchased our new home with Richie and he was great to deal with. Always readily available to answer any questions and always in a timely manner. Settlement completed in less than 30 days and wouldn't have been possible without a great agent on board. Would definitely recommend!

I can't recommend Richie enough, he made the selling of our house effortless and stress free. The way he marketed our property was amazing to see and the effort and attention to detail on his open homes was second to none. Our home was sold in only a matter of weeks and we achieved a great price that we were extremely happy with. Richie even went to the extra effort of helping us track down our next property and with his help we got it at an excellent price. I highly recommend Richie Yates as your real estate agent.

We found Richie to be very flexible and accommodating. He was very easy to get in touch with and responded to our needs. We would highly recommend using Richie as an agent.

Selling our home with Richie was a stress-free experience. He was always communicative and courteous and seemed respectful and commited to all his sellers and buyers. He consistently showed expertise, interest and enthusiasm for his work.

We would highly recommend Richie to all sellers his professional approach from beginning to the very end was refreshing and well received not only by us but also the buyers. He delivers on his word, communicates regularly and is driven to achieve the best results. If we sell again we wouldn't hesitate to appoint Richie to do the job.

We had our property listed previously with another agent, for a period of 2 Months unfortunately we had very little interest with no credible offers, We had been receiving market updates and a news letter from Richie for many months, we found his news letter to be very interesting and of good value, The news letter turned up on a regular basis, so from that point we decided to list with Richie. We found Richie to be very Professional, provided us with good guidance associated with advertising, market strategy and pricing. Richie's feed back after each open house or potential buyer contact was first class. We were very pleased with the effort that Richie put in to sell our property and would not hesitate in using Harcourts and Richie again. Greg and Shirley Mackey
