My email enquiry was replied to that day, followed up with a phone call the next day. He clearly explained the marketing process, inspected the property and advised me what was needed to prepare it for sale. He then organized the tradesmen needed to complete the work. I live interstate, so this took all the stress and pressure away. All my questions were always answered promptly and explained thoroughly. If a phone call was warranted on a Sunday, Richie would call or send a text. Impressive! I quickly realised that I was dealing with a true professional of the industry and took on board all his recommendations regarding the entire presentation of the property and the sale process.
