Richie simply goes above and beyond and most certainly does not fit the typical real estate agent "mould". The wonderful service from Richie did not stop when the contract was signed and conditions had been met. Any request we had Richie fulfilled. Nothing was too much trouble. We would most certainly recommend Richie to anyone looking for a good, honest, hardworking agent. Now we can kick back and enjoy raising our family in our dream home.
