Rick was a excellent agent to work with buying my first home , we really liked the extra service shown in helping provide building and termite inspectors which again had excellent service. Time saved on looking at property and getting it signed was fantastic and still cant believe how smooth everything ran , Rick was the main reason and I really appreciate the service and have no hesitation in recommending him .
