We had the experience of purchasing a property in the Bendigo region with Rick, followed a short time later selling two more properties. Because of the efficient way Rick conducted the negotiations and later the purchase and sales transactions we were not unduly stressed. When the inspections were being arranged we were give ample notice. We were well informed at all times of the position of the sales and informed of any difficulties or concerns potential buyers had. We felt that Ricks hard work achieved the best possible price for us. Our timing on one occasion was very challenging but it was overcome with a sensible price based on Ricks knowledge and our presentation.
