Over a period of two months we carried out the suggested work during which time Rick checked on our progress, made suggestions and also appraised us of what marketing actions he was taking. We went into the market at such a bad timing. Clearing rate dropping, price slumping on a daily bases. Auctions are not going well at all and in some cases, no one would call even one single bid.
