I am pleased to state herewith that I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mr Rick Cheah and his team at Ray White Glen Waverly. Although I am here in Malaysia, Mr Rick Cheah had regularly briefed me on the feedback from prospects by phone and also given me weekly reports by email. From the time I signed up to put up my house for auction, Mr Rick Cheah had gone about taking care of the processes in a very orderly manner; starting from organising the cleaning of the house to staging of the property and the final successful auction. Great Agent

It was great working with Rick. He has given regular updates, accommodated changes and advocating on our behalf throughout the sale. He gave useful advice and suggestions for presentations for open home. I would recommend Rick to anyone planning to sell houses in Mulgrave.

RICK is a Reliable and Honest Agent!

Having Rick, as our agent was the best decision we have ever made to sell our house. We met Rick 4 years ago when we were looking for our first house in Waverley Park. Rick is a very helpful man; he gave his professional advice and direction even though we ended up did not purchase the house through him. When we decided to sell our property, with no hesitation we assigned Rick to be our property agent because we knew from our experience, Rick will definitely do a great job and exceeding our expectation. Which he did !!. Rick’s team have been a great pleasure to deal with throughout the campaign. We are very pleased and impressed by Rick and his team’s professionalism and great communication. Exceptional!!!

Rick was exceptional throughout the campaign and kept us informed all the way through. His industry knowledge is second to none and we were very fortunate to have Rick selling our property. Great agent. Rick Cheah

Rick the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be. We met Rick about 2 years ago when he was selling our neighbour's house and we found him extremely professional and focused on his job. We have met a lot of agents in our area who tried to list our home, however Rick was the only agent we will go to due to several reasons: - he is the most dominant agent in our area by far - he consistently achieving outstanding results - well respected in our area - he works with a lot of buyers who are looking to buy in our area - excellent service - he is supported by his successful team members namely, Tony and Leo We are extremely happy with the result Rick helped us to achieve at last Saturday's auction. 3rd Time Lucky

After wasting over $6,000 with two previous agents who showed an incredible lack of professionalism and ethics, I listed with Rick. I must admit I was sceptical of all agents by now. The facts however speak volumes. In just 3 weeks, Rick conducted 4 opens every week with assistance and spent a lot of time preparing lighting, re locating sale board, brochures for display and diligently recorded photo ID for follow up. Rick and his colleague were meticulous in their presentation, preparation and were always early for opens and often stayed back later to ensure all buyers were well catered for. What a contrast to previous agents who left doors unlocked or open, arrived 8 minutes late for a half hour open house and didn't bother with photo ID. Buyers were left unattended to roam across 3 levels of my home where my possessions were ransacked and items taken. By contrast, Rick and his assistant really did treat my asset with the utmost respect. Frequent follow up included meetings, reports, phone calls and daily texts as the negotiations progressed. I always felt that my best interest was paramount. Finally! My only regret is that I wasted two lengthy sole agency authorities on previous agents whose only plan was to list my house and hope that someone would walk through an open and make an offer on the spot. I call this the "fingers crossed" approach. I was in fear of losing tens of thousands of dollars of equity at the hands of lazy agents by making the wrong choice. 3rd time lucky. SOLD in 3 weeks to a lovely family at a price that sat well in the comps for Waverley Park. My advice? Sit down and have a chat with Rick BEFORE signing anything. It doesn't have to be a horror story.

Very Professional agent

Rick as well as the purchase of our new residence was also involved in the sale of our existing home. and we found Rick to be very professional in all our dealings & we would not hesitate to recommend him & his ray white team to any prospective sellers.

Do not recommend, bad after sale service

What makes a sales person good or different from other sales people is after-sales service. While Rick was good during the pre-sales and auction day, he disappeared after sale, especially when there were issues found during final inspection, not a single phone call!! Ray White squarely put all the blame on the vendor and did very little to try and resolve the issues. They also did not do their due diligence and listed features of the property which were not operational, therefore misleading the purchasers. While Ray White are very popular in the area, they seem to be becoming complacent as another friend of mine had very bad experience with them too. Would suggest looking at other options whether you are a vendor or buyer.
