Phone calls after every inspection where he gave us honest feedback of buyers and where they believe our property sits in the market. The day before Auction, we met with rich and the Auctioneer where we had an open discussion about the price they believe our home will sell for after taking the interest and confirm bidders into consideration. They went trough all scenarios that will happen on the day of Auction, and to no surprise the day and Auction went exactly as they predicted. We got the price we wanted!
