Met Rick at the pool gate on inspection appointment, a very cheerful positive character giving an honest appraisal of the property, its location and investment value potential My girlfriend Peta has 30 years experience with realestate and property management in Noosa and was very impressed with Ricks professionalism and genuine interest to go out of his way to give me the best opportunity to get an offer on the table Rick could sense I was a genuine potential buyer very early on , and was quickly on the front foot to move to a negotiation strategy plan to get a potential contract deal over the line before the designated auction date A further later meeting to organise the best way to offer a contract with many benefits to the vendor over and above a standard contract and follow up discussions with myself and the vendor were very professional with a win win for both parties Rick was genuinely happy and excited for all parties when the deal was done Later following up with photos and a drink or two at the surf club His knowledge of the market was second to none , and any temptation to deal with a last minute separate enquiry whilst negotiations were proceeding was not on the cards Definitely 5 stars from myself and Peta We Now looking forward to French champagne and a Bistro C feast with Rick and his lovely wife Kind Regards Mark Pridham New owner 7/1 Hastings St Noosa Heads
