2020 was a strange year for real estate especially in Noosa with shutdowns and border closures. Especially for the buyers from Melbourne and Sydney who found they just could not get there. They say Noosa is "Melbourne in Shorts" but they were a rare sight in 2020. Rick maintained a campaign that relied upon internet viewings rather than open house and eventually it paid off with southern arrivals in January keen to follow through.
