I was by impressed by Ricks advice on the valuation of the unit.. a sensible, not super inflated figure that I believe resulted in a fairly quick and satisfactory sale. Rick' s help in organising a couple of tradies to do a few small jobs to the unit at short notice was appreciated as was his knowledge of the electronic conveyancing system..all a bit beyond me, but Rick guided me thru it..
