Rick tried to sell the property about 10 years ago for me but the market did not even offer a ridiculous price and has been in the doldrums ever since. I purchased the property as an investment 13 years ago and it sold for a fraction above what it cost..a classic statement of conditions in WA for the last decade. Rick did a great job considering a long term tenant ( 9 years ) was in place who can be difficult to deal with at times and she didn't really want to move. The price achieved was below what I had hoped for but at the end of the day you have to accept what the market offers. I am happy with the effort Rick put in and above all, while I was away at work he didn't call me about every enquiry until there was something positive about to happen.
