Rick has good knowledge of the area we are buying and he is helpful in providing vedio inspection since we were not in WA. He is professional, efficient and a good communicator which resulted in our buying of the property. He is also patient in showing us the use of the appliances and equipment.
Rick tried to sell the property about 10 years ago for me but the market did not even offer a ridiculous price and has been in the doldrums ever since. I purchased the property as an investment 13 years ago and it sold for a fraction above what it cost..a classic statement of conditions in WA for the last decade. Rick did a great job considering a long term tenant ( 9 years ) was in place who can be difficult to deal with at times and she didn't really want to move. The price achieved was below what I had hoped for but at the end of the day you have to accept what the market offers. I am happy with the effort Rick put in and above all, while I was away at work he didn't call me about every enquiry until there was something positive about to happen.
