Buying this property was a great experience . both my husband and I work FIFO so getting to view properties was a task by the time we were home things were sold ggrrr ,hubby found our new home on line and we bought it sight unseen a gamble but well worth it. ricks knowledge of the property was excellent and made everything a breeze, to signing documents while we were at work etc. than getting us into the property while it still at a tenant living in it.
