Having done much research prior to signing up, appointing Tim Heavyside, Rick Volpi and their team to represent us in selling our house is one of the best decisions we have made. Rick is an excellent communicator, attentive, responsive, thorough and professional. During our opens, Rick managed a large number of potential buyer phone calls, email inquiries and deposit/settlement variation requests effectively, always keeping us well informed. We observed that he built positive relationships with the buyers and was direct, honest and professional in providing factual answers addressing their queries. At no time was he arrogant or overbearing in his sales approach. Despite his heavy workload, he was always patient and communicated in a calm and relaxed manner. On the day of the auction, we were particularly impressed by how well the auction was managed by only Tim and Rick considering the largish crowd. They worked seamlessly as a team - Tim doing his magic as the auctioneer and Rick clearly communicating bids via a whiteboard and moving quietly through the crowd, keeping on top of the potentials and speaking with bidders when needed. The process worked extremely well culminating in a final result that exceeded our expectations. Overall it was a great pleasure working with Rick and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
