I want to give Ricky the benefit of the doubt considering it was admits the start of Corona Virus. However, he was very helpful and happy to talk when I was paying my deposit and signing contracts, however, when his duties were not met, and there were faults at his end, he suddenly became ‘unable’ to ever get back to me. Considering I am a first home buyer, I felt very alone, overwhelmed and unsupported. I also had to fork out my own money to fix his problems, and he still has not replied to my past messages. Very unprofessional, and portrays that he is only money oriented- which I’m sure would make him a great candidate if you’re a seller, however, I would never purchase from him again and put myself through that much havoc and distress.

From day 1 My buyers experience was 5 stars. I was flicking through real estate.com.au when I came across a property I wanted to view. Knowing that it was late notice I still called Ricky to find out more about the property and possibly have a look. Ricky went above expectations and made an appointment with me the same day Sunday with two hours notice. Once arriving we spent 45 mins with him and answered all our questions. Our buyers experience was fantastic and very accommodating. He kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Ricky for selling or buying of a property. This is the 3rd project Ricky has Sold for us, and words cannot describe the outstanding workmanship and effort he has presented towards all 3 properties. Ricky has sold our second property and once again delivered great results. We passed in the property at auction, however he promised to give him 1 week and it would be sold , due to the number of enquiries, well as you can tell im a happy customer.
