Never having sold a property before the whole process was new to us and all that it entailed. Right from our first meeting Ricky put us totally at ease with his personal and Business skills and knowledge of the market, the points that needed to be covered, in fact the whole journey from start to finish. Buying this property at Carnegie is a wonderful decision that we have made and most of the credit goes to Ricky Nikodemou. He is such a pleasant personality and has the ability to make friends in this first meeting. If he had not waited for that 5 minutes extra than the time allotted for the inspection as I was caught up at the traffic, I probably would not have visited this property and later made it a deal. I do remember a similar situation in recent past where I had chain of properties to inspect on my day-list and one of the agents refused to open up the door of a house he was just about to start locking.
